If you don’t know what ecligner is, it’s like invisalign, but (supposedly) less pain and less bumpy, cheaper too.My first week experience kinda made me traumatized. Putting in on and off actually very easy, but somehow the first one keep hurting me. When I’m off it (before and after each meal), I would apply Frankincense on my gum to ease the stress.I’m supposed to change my tray with a new one every week. So last Wednesday, I was to change to tray number 1b. Since the night before, my heart thumped very hard and I was super stress, imagining the same pain I have to go thru again and again for the next 1,5 year.
Few minutes before I tried to put it on, I used A LOT of Valor II (for COURAGE ) on my chest, back of neck and along my jawline. After I felt much calmer, I decided to put on the bottom one first – it was easy and painless. The upper one though, stucked half way. If I put the right side first, left side won’t fit in, and vise versa. This second tray is slightly harder than the first one, I don’t want to risk breaking my teeth so I called the clinic and made appointment for the next day.
Before it was my turn, again I applied Valor II a on chest, back of neck and jawline. I also applied a blend of frankincense-balsam fir-copaiba almost on half bottom of my face. I don’t care about the smell, if people would complain, I was SCARED But the oils really helped to calm me.
Long story short, the dentist did something to fix the tray. It fits nicely and easily, totally painless. Compared to the first one, this one is PIECE of CAKE! #crossingmyfingers
Because I used a lot of Valor, I went to loo like 3times in 20 minutes at the clinic.
Valor have diuretic effect, supports the healthy function of kidneys to remove waste products & excess liquid thru urine. And if you haven’t heard before, our FEAR manifests on the kidney. Hence the name of this wonderful blend, Valor (bravery, courage).
