If you ever wish to change your kids’ mood (or anyone’s for that matters) in command, I can share with you some trick ?
My youngest son, George, always wake up 8am sharp on every weekend or holidays when he knows there’ll be no school. He would barge in to my room half screaming and wake the whole house, “IT”S MORNING TIME!!! TIME TO WAKE UP!”
BUT! On weekdays, he would be soooo tired, soooo sleepy, when we woke him up, he’d be grumpy and moody.
Bad mood is infectious & tiring if you have to deal with it on daily basis, and definitely not something you want to start the day with. So this past week, I tried something new and it works!
1. Before I woke him up (with tickles and kisses), I’d apply a swipe of Joy on his chest and crown of head. He might say, “I’m still sleepy… I’m so tired..”, but HAPPY, SMILEY, and much more cooperative. #reallyleh #easyleh
2. After shower, I’d apply FUN on his chest and crown, offer him to smell my hand or the bottle. Then off he goes, skipping to school! #exaggerated
I just started using FUN earlier this month, it’s a blend of Spearmint, Cedarwood, Myrtle, Lemon , Grapefruit, Tangerine, Jasmine & Nutmeg. The aroma is really fun, uplifting, somehow makes me happy & relax. Looking at the ingredients, it may help in supporting healthy digestive, respiratory and hormonal system as well.
So that’s my trick. If you have other, PLEASE share, I’d love to hear and try
(Just in case you ever wonder what I use for the kids’ immunity before they go school, nowadays I like to use Melissa on their soles. No spesific reason, just because I have it Such a wonderful oil and it’s free this month, I hope you get yours! )
